Excel Excavation is busy onsite handling the earthwork and utilities for the project. Tree clearing and topsoil stripping has been completed, and now the focus has been on bringing in sand and gravel to prep the parking lots, drives and building pads. Excel will be importing nearly 40,000 cubic yards of sand for this building! Alongside the earthwork, utilities are underway. Excel is currently working on the storm sewer piping and will soon shift to sewer and water main pipe work.
