Fabcon Precast - Grandville Plant

Fabcon Precast is a leader in the manufacturing of precast concrete panels and structural building components. Many of the precast concrete buildings in west Michigan were fabricated at their Grandville location, formally known as Kerkstra Precast. The EV team has been working closely with Fabcon for over a year planning and designing the exterior wall panels that will enclose the new hospital.  Great care is taken to make sure these panels have openings for windows, utilities and structural connections in the exact locations needed. The use of precast concrete wall panels accelerates the speed of construction, especially when we are trying to enclose our building before winter. Thank you to everyone at Fabcon for their contributions so far.
