The closing phase centered on three key areas: wall repair, final painting, and furniture installation—each contributes to the facility’s readiness for occupancy and long-term durability. The installation of specialized furniture designed for pediatric behavioral health settings has started. This includes ligature-resistant pieces, durable soft seating, integrated storage solutions, and staff workstations. All furniture was placed according to the clinical workflow and safety requirements identified during the planning phase. Installation teams coordinate closely with facility staff to verify layout accuracy, anchoring needs, and compliance with safety protocols. Once completed, each space will be reviewed to ensure functionality, comfort, and readiness for patient use.
