Kent Companies

Kent Companies has been on site since the beginning of June. They are about 75% of the way through site concrete and building foundations. Their team has set the project up for success be executing excellent site and building preparations. Their work has created a high-level launchpad for other trade contractors to begin working from. Both of the Kent Companies crews have diligently coordinated their work with other trades to ensure high quality deliverables that follow the scheduled timeline. Kent's foundation crew will be wrapping up the building foundations in the next few weeks, leaving only the canopies and loading dock retaining walls left to complete at a later date. The curb crew is off site for about a month, but will return one the utilities crew has completed their work on the east drive. Once curbs are complete, the asphalt base coat can be applied to set the site up for this coming winter.
