Ready for Summer

With the worst of winter behind us (hopefully), our team is progressing steadily across multiple fronts. On the first floor, we are in the final stages of drywall installation, with crews working diligently to complete taping, mudding and sanding. We anticipate drywall completion within the next few weeks, paving the way for priming and interior finishing to begin shortly thereafter. On the second floor, painting is well underway, with primer applied to most areas and base coats in progress. The selected color palette will start bringing the space to life. 

Meanwhile, exterior window installation is advancing smoothly, with most units now in place. The remaining windows are scheduled for installation over the next month, weather permitting, which will fully enclose the building envelope and allow interior work to accelerate. The final detail on the exterior will be bright metal panels with unique curved elements that give the building whimsical character. 

Coordination between trades remains strong, and we’re on schedule while always maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Upcoming activities include concrete sidewalks and building approaches, pocket parks, landscaping and final seeding.  Our goal is to be solely focused on interior details by the end of the summer.
